Just to let everyone know, Monday night although failed at Ranworth we got in at the New Inn, Horning and had a fabulous meal. Tuesday we went onto Ranworth and moored easily, did a quick Facebook live from atop St Helens Church, then mosied onto Potter Heigham and got stern on in HW. Today we departed late and made for Neatishead and eventually got stern on at Gayes Staithes and had another fantastic meal at the White Horse Inn then we made for Dilham but were stopped by a 6ft 6inch bridge clearance! So Wayford Bridge it is then. So far so good!

Hi everyone, well we've arrived! Brinks Serenade has landed on the Broads. My new wife and I along with two good friends and all our stuff aboard. Tried for Ranworth only to find some idiot on a Summer craft boat moored side on!!!!!! So we ended up on the moorings at Horning at the New Inn. Food looks excellent.

Go for it Robin! You line the boats up, we'll hire them from you, then we'll rate you and yours! Ha! Might see you about the week of the 30th, although new wife may have something to say. Usually does!

What amazing photo's of BA in the water at Christmas. Most of us are tucked up warm at home at that time, I think I might one day try this. However looking forward to being down from good old Yorkshire in April on Brinks Serenade for my honeymoon! Keep up the good work guys!

Just joined the forum, which I should done years ago. Not a boat owner but have fallen in love with the Broads since my first holiday there 8th May 1971 aboard Star Victor 2 E12 from Jack Powles yard in Wroxham, since when have had over 20 holidays in Norfolk with extended family, wives (yes more than one! but not at the same time) and have a planned cruise at the end of April with wife number 3 for our honeymoon on Brinks Serenade. My background is former Royal Navy electrical mechanic 1977 - 1982 so my love of water keeps following me about. Looking forward to reading more from the forum. Thanks for having me! Jeremy
