Buccaneer Floating High

I was looking at an original Buccaneer brochure, then I noticed that the 37 (above where it says Buccaneer) was floating quite high. There looks to be to bulkheads inside and the far side curtains are closed as if there could be a boat beside it pulling it along. Could they have wanted a photo for the brochure?
