Wind Indicators

To get onto my mooring which is in a small basin I have to approach with it on my port side, turn to starboard and then 'reverse' in.  Usually once the stern is 'in the hole' I hop out on to the pier and walk it back with the ropes, job done. The trouble is when to execute the turn to starboard varies depending on the wind with even a very mild breeze having an effect, hence I think its time for a wind indicator. Anyone got a recommendation for an effective model that can indicate subtle breezes?

ok point taken lol, but will the burgee pick up subtle wind, is it made of a very lightweight material?

I'm so out of date there is more than likely a new one in 2017!

You can always tie some light ribbon to it just in case .......

We have burgee's on flag poles one on each of the cabin top grab rails they are different sizes and weights so we can tell the direction of the wind and assess its strength.
