I would not have been disappointed with that. You can gladly come down here and take all this snow back with you. I'm not looking forward to getting to work tomorrow morning. I have a number of options and only work locally ... would take a day off and be done with it but I don't have any annual leave left for this year.

12 miles from this sign post, I got snowed in at RAF Locking for a week, in the late 1970s. 3 ft deep it was.

Much more interesting I spent many hours sailing in ever decreasing circles on Cheddar revervoir..

The rain here is now turning to snow, wet snow though the kind that doesn't settle if you get my drift (see what I did there lol)
