And this I do know is that boat had a 4107 in it , so looks like it could well be a old wind boat .

Yes, that's the one!

They were hired by A.G.Ward in the first year of the Jenner Group, as "Sea Zephr" or "Tranquility".

By 1974 they were named "Sweetheart" at Hearts Cruisers and "Sparkling Stream" at Southgates.

Can't remember what Windboats used to call them, but it may not have been repeatable!
