hi everyone had a little message from the wherry on fbook today, they posted up some of their piccies from inside the hotel, so for those that have'nt seen it yet here are a few pics for you, the hotel definitely looks alot better,

The Wherry reopened a couple of weeks ago. The main refurbishment was adding bedrooms to the Hotel, although they have opened up the bar areas, so much brighter and nicer views of Oulton Broad.

And the great news is the carvery is still up to the previous high standard

We didn't manage to get there last weekend, but will definately give the carvery a go next time we are in OB.

I must confess I really don't like the decor in the photos though. Looks very very old fashioned, but maybe that's the look they wanted.

Well these pictures are much better, I bet we would all wish we could tuck in.

I agree the carvery looks as if it is worth a shot but a long time to our next visit in late October, we shall just have to drool till then.
