Guest flanaguff
Bream watched the locals pulling them out at the pleasure Boat Hickling almost continously on poles with maggots they looked 2lb and upwards, Pike think its wrong time of the year, but watched John Wilson on TV pull a thirty seven pounder out of Horsey Mere with a Herring dead bait on TV. Perch the best ive caught was about two pounds at Rockland Broad, and have seen large Pike caught there in the Summer. There are some very decent Rudd at Hickling,Wroxham has some decent Perch as well.Get John Wilsons book it covers the entire Broads area and hes lived there 40+years.
