i have neva seen this before so it could be in ranworth or in horning might of even gone past it knowing my luck i might have

Im looking at the fixings that hold it up, its just been painted and put back up as the screws are new.

Is it on a Private Building ?

when coming out the dyke from ludham bridge if you turn left you go to st Bennett's but if you turn right there is a little bit of free mooring for two or three at a push boats and a short walk from the mooring is the church.?
