  1. Thank you for your replies and pictures. The consensus so far would indicate that it is the “Beecham” Arms. I would still be interested to hear about the “Barney” Arms. The Norfolk Wherry Trust website, http://www.wherryalbion.com/, is the place to go to find out about chartering Albion. Kevin.
  2. Here's my first post. I was on Albion yesterday, going from Cantley towards Norwich. When we passed Buckenham Sailing Club, the pub next door, the Beauchamp Arms, was pointed out to us. It seems that the correct pronunciation of “Beauchamp” is actually “Buckenham”. I also recall that “Berney Arms” should be pronounced “Barney Arms”. Anyone have further information on these, or other Broads pronunciations? Kevin.
