Hi, We bought Ellen a 550D for her birthday-goes from photo to movie without loosing any definition, Its only recently released, but found a decent deal at Jessops, n with an additional lens we spent £900 (then u claim £50 back) Shes thrilled with it. Dunno if this is the sort of thing ur looking for? gav n I both have sony Cybershot W270 for point n shoots-we are both really impressed with it. My other camera is a cannon 10D-love that too!! (Bit bulky for the handbag tho!) Annie

Yes hun I had noticed!! Thanks Ian-sounds like a plan-at the very least it would be likely to subdue my "team America" style flapping when i see some largish wash or those "wave" things coming at me side on-particularly when Gavs visiting the cupboard!! Hi, I must say i really enjoyed our trip down on Saturday!! Im still building my confidence at sea, and in how the boat handles, let alone that planing turns are what its built for!! Im not happy with swell on the beam.. and thats without a flybridge!!.....guess that will take a bit longer!! The kids enjoyed it too.......and it was their first salty experience!! Annie

They are just fab-keep them coming.......please!! We have 3 cocker spaniels, and although we have the odd few bravehearts, needless to say, the dogs are a bit heavy handed when it comes to playing!! Olly, loves birds, and one summer was so desperate to play, he managed to catch a couple-ever so gently and cradle them in his mouth.......sadly they couldn't handle the slobber...... It is fantastic to see the sparrows......they had been in such decline as you say, lets hope theres been an upturn in numbers!! Annie

Im thinking Martine Mcutchen as an assistant meeting the new PM (Hugh Grant) for the first time in Love Actually.......or Bill Nighy as he repeatedly messed up his song in the recording studio!!! ...........yes, somewhat unique "radio tone" may well give away the vessel before any mention of her name!!
