That's wasn't her second appearance. I think it's near the end of the last episode in the first series. Filmed at Stalham

I didn't take these photos, you can't when sailing but we had a great week. One trophy and a very close second (missed first by inches) and some satisfactory results. I'm number 96 - first 2 pictures 1 reef in! Liz

We had an 'excellent' race!!!! Led the fleet for close on 80% of it to killer corner by the big willow tree where the wind went round in circles ........ended up 5th!!!!!

The brown butterfly in your picture is a Gatekeeper. In addition to Peacocks there are large numbers of Red Admirals about. Butterfly Conservation did a press release the other day about them!

No I was setting sail at the house in 96 and then sailed past you when you had turned round. I would have waved but you were looking forward
-
I saw you this morning in Horning, but you turned round when you saw the racing

Hopefully that helped charge up the batteries? Enjoy the break!

They should have more respect for their elderly customers - before the age of computers and online banking these people kept them in business!

If you talk to bird watchers there is no such thing as a seagull! They are Gulls of a specific species and it's probably because it is illegal to disturb a breeding bird! Same it's illegal to fell trees during the bird breeding season unless you have checked there aren't any.

It was brilliant weekend to be honest! Yes I remember our tussle well and yes I did win the White Boat class trophy!! But by a whisker all down to the last race when I came first. I was level pegging on points with Scarce Copper at the end of the weekend but because I had 2 firsts I won! A bit breezy at times but nothing more spectacular than getting a white boat on the plane coming down the Reach!!! Correction to Q only 3 races on Sunday!!!

No! I heard they were at Smallburgh Hall

I assume the water levels are high ( I haven't looked) as there was almost nothing moored above Wroxham Bridge as I drove over earlier -

I'm in Horning this weekend! I imagine the traffic was bad! If you are on O2 or associated phone networks it's not working Liz -

I'll have to work on this and find some photos -
The person that did the film is a professional. Last year's was good, this year's is even better. There is video footage of Ladybird shooting Potter! The mast came down quite fast!

The winner was Dingy Skipper no 6 Yare & Bure OD. I wished the skipper good luck on Friday having photographed one that day! I arrived back in the galley at 08:00 and the fun continued. Having helped prepare 60 breakfasts before 23:15 by 12:00 midday we eventually reached 260 the majority between 08:00 & 12:00! Note for next year have a decent tin opener to open the giant baked bean tins and when they hand out the 'raffle tickets' please tell the participants not to hand out individually to the crew - keep the strip intake ☹️
