Maybe I shouldn’t ask here, but does anyone know what has happened to this forum, it appears not to have been available for some time.

Mrs Bluebell made me redundant from decorating last year. We now have a young professional working his way through the house having painted the outside last summer. i haven’t missed it at all…😎

Regarding the fenders not working in the high water levels, I keep a couple of spares on long lines with weights on the bottom to stop them floating too high…😎

Well, that’s something to look forward to 🤬 It’s harsh on top of all the previous years increases, but I don’t expect much sympathy. After all we must all be minted…😎

I decided the pennant on Chiltern Lady needs replacing. I’ve ordered a new one online in a matter of seconds, quicker than Amazon…😎

I had a Webasto on Chiltern Lady, it needed repairing, but sadly parts were no longer available (it was 1995 vintage). I was surprised at the cost of a replacement unit, so went for the Autoterm (Planar UK) heater. It fitted the existing exhaust and air ducts and diesel connections (thanks to Paul, Muddy Waters for his help in fitting). I’ve been pleased with the performance of this 4Kw heater and would recommend it. Hope that helps Maurice Mynah…😎

I moor there quite often, handy for me going to Carrow Road…😎

I did say I would let the forum know if the was any further action taken, I can confirm there’s been none despite my persistent mooring and failing to pay…😎
