Thanks for your comments but the boat has had gas fridges for 30yrs so I'm sure a few more won't hurt, personally i think another case of health and safety gone mad. I do have alarms bells and whistles for all sorts of gases so believe it to be quite safe.

After waking up at OB at the WB meet and finding my breakfast strawberries and bluberries plus other items of food had turned i find myself on the market for a new fridge. One way, two way, three way or anyway fridge will do so long as it works fine.
I was relieved to find that the beer and liquds fridge was still ok so all was not lost.

You do seem to have a talent other than digging holes millimetre by millimetre and dusting off old relics after all. π
