There should be a schrader valve on the accumulated (expansion tank) somewhere and the pressure can be measured in the same way as you would on a car tyre. Usually the pressure should be set 3-4 psi below the pump cut in pressure. Water been released from the schrader valve would indicate a split in the diaphragm.

It’s been up for sale for quite some time now. Surely someone out there must fancy a challenge!

Hi Kate, yes saw you at the last minute, I was distracted puppy watching and basking in the glorious sunshine.

She must of got under Ludham bridge,as I got stuck behind her from How Hill to Barton Broad yesterday. Some tight squeezes on bends when boats coming the other way.

I have my engine bay tube heater wired into a separate air frost stat which I find far more accurate than the one on the tube heater.
