ok, thanks for the help guys, I do remember being told that "rulers" (the correct name escapes me) at Ludham are fairly pessimistic by some very kind boat owners (crew of Sovereign Lady) whilst at Sutton. I'll ask the yard nearer the time as well, I don't really want to be making their new boat a convertible! Be sure to say hello if you see us about w/c 5th October, though no doubt you'll probably hear us first due to our slightly excitable Patterdale terrier Kai (he hates the water, but loves boats!) , J

Hi, Me and the other half have booked Fair Jubilee for a week in October (we thought we'd treat ourselves to a smart boat after spending our honeymoon last year in the confines of Brinks Sonata, with our dog too, quite cramped) I was wondering if anyone had seen it up past Ludham bridge, we're big fans of Sutton Staithe, and also haven't explored any of the other rivers off Barton, so it'd be nice if it did go under Ludham, though I appreciate it'll be tight either way! Having done some sort of research, we've seen boats that are supposedly taller up at Howe Hill moorings, so that would suggest it will fit, but it'd be a bit more reassuring if someone had actually seen it themselves! Hope that makes sense! James
