  3. That looks stunning Clive Well worth everyones effort
  4. Trouble is with all those headlinings they are reduced to moving round the boat on their knees
  5. That's great news Col! ( What did he just say? )
  6. Always good to know Steve Solving peoples boating problems is what we are here for!
  7. Nice job Mark! Yes the tails are date marked, I replaced mine for the Bss earlier this year so they will be ok till next test time.
  8. Should be very easy for you to convert Mark, mine has the regulator mounted to the side of the gas locker, from that come the two pig tails with L/H threaded nuts to screw into the bottles. Basically a standard propane setup really! Oh and the pig tails have a one way valve built in so technically you can keep using the other bottle without a bottle connected to the other tail, but I for one am not prepared to trust the oneway valve and always keep 2 bottles connected and just use one at a time
  9. I didn't realise some hireboats used Butane! Mine came from hire on Propane and I think it has always been that way.
  10. Why not test them with " A pound of mashed up Dundee cake "
  11. Is it something that appears more in the caravan world perhaps?
  12. Hi Dave, I'm moored in Beccles and my boat was lifted out earlier this year, after 2 and a half years afloat. Very clean underneath with minor growth around the water line only.
  13. Looking good Clive Did Jasper approve?
  14. Yes can we have a photo blog please Clive. It would be great to see these boats creation from mould to fitout
  15. Weather is looking good for this weekend! Fingers crossed
  16. Maybe hireboats fitted with GPS should attract a lower annual toll fee as they create less work and nuisance for the BA?
  17. Not sure yet Jim? We are hoping to make it up as far as Acle Bridge on Friday then a relaxing chug the final stretch on Saturday

Hmm! Can you take your own beer I wonder Col?
  19. I'll have you know it's a fantastic table, which has been well looked after! It's had 10 new tops and 13 new bases over the years
  20. Dont worry about that Julz! 27 years of Hoseason's customers didn't bother it, so I think it will cope
  21. Well the one on my boat is a double drop leaf which I guess measures about 5' by 2.5' when fully opened
