  1. Hi a mate and me are hiring a boat out of stalham this Saturday for a weeks fishing he is after quality roach and I am after quality perch, thinking of St benets as a starting point or should we stick to one of the Broads? any advice appreciated thank you in advance
  2. Hi everyone, the clock is ticking till my fishing adventure in January. I know it's early yet but has anyone noticed any changes to the sport since the temperature has fallen ? I'm assuming that the temperature has fallen down there !
  3. Hello forumites. I along with 2 friends bought a joblot of fishing gear yesterday and one of the rods included I'm hoping someone on here can tell me more about. The rod is marked BERNARD SEALEY, TUDOR WORKS REDDITCH and then Sensitip 9 is engraved underneath. Green rod, with a cork handle? The rod bag has East Anglian Rod Company Ltd on it. Attached are some photos. If anyone knows the rough age of the rod or any info it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Branden :-D
  4. what a fantastic week end yet again, finishing with my best Rudd ever, just short of a pound.
  5. If I'm correct the fishing season starts in 2 weeks from Saturday. 15th june. I've got all my gear ready in advance and spent a few quid updating the tackle box for some predator fishing this season. I usually just fish with a basic set-up (hook and ledger or an old nut) but this year I'll be on the wire traces and lures. I took the canoe up to my favourite fishing spot to see how it's changed and was annoyed to find a tree has fallen into the river which means I wont be able to get my boat there. My question is, as it's not part of the main navigation, does anyone think the ba would mind if I sawed the tree branches off to re-open the route to my favourite spot. It's not a large tree so would probably take an hour or so to clear. Hopefully we'll have a good season this year : Branden
