raining today, but yesterday I recieved an email from the boss following my response to a previous email on the temperature in the office:-

"I was told a hobbit just walked into the office and threw a ring at you all thinking it was in the fiery depths of Mordor

I also note nobody noticed my intentional misspelling of the word temperature in the subject, the heat must be affecting you all quite badly"

I of course responded:-

"Mordor? We would be happy with Morwindows."

If you call a Sopwith Camel luxury! Its a bit draughty in the kilt in a bi-plane !

The problem with a kilt in a Sopwith Camel, for an Englishman at least, would be in landing, knowing what would hit the ground first. Tis why Englishmen don't wear kilts.

Having just seen Charles Hanson in a kilt on the Antiques Road Trip, its nae wunder they sassenachs dinny wear kilts in Sopwith Camels !  Aye Ray, a wee tad off from the original North Norfolk thread now !
