donnygeoff
She enjoyed the times on the boat, she enjoyed the times in Cornwall...... But today at 6:15pm she started another journey.... I hope she has good tides and a fair wind.... 16 years of putting up with me, it can only get better for my Lady.... RIP girl.........
riyadhcrew
Very sad when this happens. I suppose that I was lucky when my German Shepherd was running at full pelt chasing a tennis ball, when he dropped like a stone and was gone. RIP.

donnygeoff
thanks guys... Tonight will be hard, tomorrow it will sink in, and be harder, time heals but as Griff just said 9 minutes ago, BroadAmbition said: She ain't proper gone as long as you never forget her. Condolences Griff She will never be gone, I have just tripped over her..... Always under my feet.... More tears from me and Mrs DG as we clean her bowl... But now she will be with her best mate, he has been waiting for four years for them to be back together...

deebee29
I'm sorry to hear of your loss Take comfort from the fact she had a happy life with you and was loved and of all the memories of times you have shared. We lost our Sam in 1998 and we still think of him often. He was part of the family and used to love his boating holidays. He's been fondly remembered this past week (as he is every time we come) when we've visited places he'd been with us and the things he got up to.... He had a real personality keep your chin up (difficult I know)
