Money For Old (or Rather New) Rope.

Have always bought my bits of rope and string from Norfolk Marine at Hoveton, and have always winced at the prices, but at least they were local/convenient.  However, I've just discovered this joint, in a warehouse type premises on the road from Ludham to Catfield.  Not only are they significantly cheaper, but they actually smile and laugh and joke with you (unlike old grumpy bo****ks at NM).  Their website says they sell exclusively online, but they were perfectly happy to flog me a length of mooring line when I turned up on their doorstep the other day.

Thats a good find, I pass Hursts yard on the way to the sailing club and need some new mooring rope too.
