ScrumpyCheddar
When we stopped there they wasn't serving food.... that was on a Thursday .. ... so never been back.. Also was a hard mooring to moor at due to the tide and current.. so crossed it off the list for 2017 same as Coldham hall.... sorry to put a downer on it folks .... MauriceMynah
Ahh yes, that would explain why the service could have been a little slower than usual, The 50% drop in waiter staff would hit them hard cos as we all know... . . . Time and tide wait for no man.
Chelsea14Ian
Never had a problem mooring at Coldham Hall. Yes there is tide much stronger at Cantley and Reedham.Sometimes have been unable to moor there due to wind and tide.
Hockham Admiral
If Coldham Hall's side-on moorings are full it can be a bit tricky reversing in but surely not as difficult as The Ferry House where the river is narrower?
