Gracie, I am sure there are many ladies on the forum who can also play instruments, then it may be the role some of the men in the audience  to throw various items onto the stage...not a picture I would want to keep in mind for long!

Vaughan - my late father in-law played washboard with Lonnie back when he was playing round East London pubs. Kathy still has his thimbles in a baccy tin somewhere.

Problem is, those printing the advertising would probably shorten the band name and write...

Spent the last couple of days with Ian the bassist of  "The Houndogs"

Got blisters on my fingers and a bad back, oh I suffer for my craft.

 

Also realized how old and unfit I am, time for change of diet and some exercise!!!!

Driving a desk for the past couple of years has taken its toll with a couple of inches on my belt. Wintertime its hard to get the motivation to exercise properly (well that's the current excuse) Middle age kinda crept up on me I think its time to fight back........
