That's another reason for me to never to  become involved with BT. Patient, kind,  understanding  all alien to me but a   prerequisite  when dealing with BT it would seem.. Regarding shopping I'm one of those unusual  females who loath it with a passion. Mail order is my saviour. Hope you get your extra day on the boat I'm sure you deserve it.
