I was lucky enough to enjoy a trip to Amsterdam this week. Stood in the queue to visit the Anne Frank house I found myself working out route options for my Broads trip in May.

A queue at this time of the year, wow! The Dutch have hundreds of small & low bridges, we have one. Do they complain? Apparently not. Do we complain? Some of us do!

Not complaining JM...just thinking about the semi-submersible hull design! I'm very much looking forward to Royal Tudor going under the bridge from Martham later this year!

Getting that under Potter Heigham Bridge would be easy!

Fill up with diesel, fill up with water, stock up with tinnies don't pump out the loo, invite a couple of hundred people on board for a party.

Let's be honest, there is no problem with Potter Bridge itself, just a problem with boats that don't fit !

Good luck! She WILL go under. Still, if she won't then you are on the nicest side of the bridge.
