Don't think its the one off George Clark's amazing space's its totally different   looks to me as if its deffinatly an emergency life boat with some big modifications , that said its very cool and I like quirky stuff , well done to all who thought up the idea and all that carried out the work required , I'll very surprised if the sight of it on the river hasn't brightened a fair few peoples day n that is no bad thing

Not that one, the one I was thinking of was a converted life boat and I think it was on the upper Thames.
