Born and bred in South London, now in East Sussex. As well as boating holidays on the Broads, we had many lovely caravan holidays in Essex, I love the place and have fond memories, I do get around you know lol

We have a very cheeky scamp and pesky mod who lives in Essex, our lovely Charlie

Essex is nothing like that awful tv programme Alan, so shhhhhup and I've just broke a nail, am I bovvered, nahhhh :default_norty:

My mother is an Essex girl, Dad was a Notth Londoner, I was born in North Devon, spent the first 4 years of my life there, and then we all moved to Mid-Sussex, where I have been pretty much since, aside from a brief interlude on the Surrey/London border (Teddington/Kingston/Hampton Court area).

Currently call a small village just north of the South Downs home, and beautiful it is...

I was born in Somerset but choose to live in Norfolk.

In between I've lived in...

Cyprus (3 places)

Wiltshire

Northern Ireland.

The outer Hebrides ( twice or many times at least depending how you measure it)

Inverness, (once or many times depending on how you measure it.)

West Lothian. (Twice)

Milton Keynes ( twice)

Norfolk (4 times) where I now have lived for longer than anywhere else and in this house for longer than anywhere else.

Somerset ( 4 times)

Lincolnshire

Northumberland

The Falklands ( twice)

Yorkshire ( twice)

and.... Essex, Chelmsford once for 6 months...

I've probably missed some out...

Thank you all  as for the Birthday wishes I was on the Broads now but have wait till October when I can celebrate on the Ladd's week with London Lad who's Birthday is at the end of this Month  so we  both will be singing down the Old Kent Road with that fine Norfolk Ale.

Wow what a list of places.Question have you ever gone to the wrong  house by mistake .
