Socrates, it's a big shame to think anyone would think any less of a classic broads woody like yours.. anyone who has the courage and skills to keep these timber boats going deserve MBE's if you ask me. I'm sure if you make the event there will lots of other members whom will be all over your lovely boat :)

We should really try to attend this year, although my calendar is all over the place and I know Orca needs to come out for a check up and some little bits of work so I'm not sure. If we are passing we will at least drop in for a short time.. if anyone wants any trimming work doing that may help me make the time with work too ;)

Socrates, We met last year in Oulton Broad yacht station, i know how protective you are with other boats mooring next to you, i'm just the same.

i would have been the first to say i would love to escort you across breydon to the meet, unfortunatly due to personal surcumstances i cant say i will be at any meet this year, i may not even get to see my boat any time soon, don't give up on going this year and enjoy it. if i'm not back to the  'meets' this year i'll see you all next year.

Socrates - I would have gladly popped over Breydon to escort you but the timings just aren't working for me to do that.  I'm working on the Friday as per the norm and won't be onboard with 'My lot' till 2200-ish  Then Saturday orf to Malthouse Broad to meet up with the rest of the addicted

I would be proud to have you moor next to us. I Meercat more than most as we have had some interesting impacts over the past 8 seasons. Once five times on the trot by some odd mooring evolutions by the same boat. Can’t wait to nosy about Broadland Grebe and will be happy to show you our old lady. I may even polish the chrome bits. 

Hopefully you will be there and next to us. Oh and the snoring is the dog honest !!!! Truly would I lie.

Well Bound2Please will be back in water in a few weeks, with the damage repaired that happened after Aug bank hol last year a big round hole that no one owned up to doing. But feel free to moor beside us as well Socrates
