We’ve had a couple of posts since Christmas and they haven’t arrived.

Do we give it a bit longer or assume they’re not going to arrive?

I am sorry to hear this, I do have the proof of postage here, in my office. Did the Burgee arrive ok?

We are still in the christmas post mess up. If you can give it a couple of days. royal mail doesn't consider first class mail to be lost until 15 working days have elapsed.

Well they left here on the 20th, I need to go to royal mails website and check there working days over Christmas and new year and get back to you. I only asked about Burgee as the address was the same
