Flat Calm

We had our first flat calm sea today in 7years boating (well it had to happen one day) this meant it was misty between Lowestoft and Yarmouth but we had the RNLI for company.

Haven and Breydon opened like clockwork we had to get a move so as not to hold up the traffic

Ah well, that's it for east coast boating this year then, Jonathan's had the anual millpond day.

With the mist and the calm water I think I find Moderate less scary

I know what you mean Jonathan, the last few realy calm days we've had have all bar one, been "Radar Days"

I've got diesels I add fog all the time

Hi Jonny she used to sound lovely in the big lock with the echo.

I think we recorded a bit across Breydon I will post if it sounds any good.

When you do get a flat clam like that it is so eerie, mind you it is time to put on the water-skis.

I think even HJII would have coped with that.
