12v Table Lamp

Which reminds me of when my mate went into a car accessory shop with a blackened blown car bulb, and asked if they had any like it. After five minutes of searching their back room for stock, they returned with a correct new bulb, saying," We haven't got any black ones, will this do?" And that's a true story, I was there!

We just converted a normal table lamp, stuck one of the above lamps in and a 12v plug on it.

Not the cheapest I must admit but works a treat.

Next time try asking for a " lamp for a table lamp" then. Easy as that

Wouldn't I then end up with a complete lamp unit and knowing my luck it would not include a "bulb"?
