This comes from Blakes brochure of 1969 so the photo was probably 1967. 

I can be pretty certain that the water skier was Dinah Percival and the boat was driven by her brother, Tom. They were often up there of an afternoon. No problem though - there were no speed limits in those days! only in Horning and Wroxham and on Wroxham Broad.
