Set Up Of Solex Carb Required

Has anyone any recommendations for knowlagable skilled person  in Oulton Broad area to adjust and set up a solex carb on Volvo penta Aq115. I am now in slightly  better health and have worked out the previously reported HT lead order but am keen to move the boat ASAP given the successive theft and damage.
