Can Anyone Recommend A Good B&b?

Can anyone recommend a decent B&B in the Broads area? Looking to travel down on the Sunday before we pick up our hire boat the following day.

Spent a night August 2017 prior to our boating holiday at The Stables, Horsefen Road, Womack Water.

Lovely clean accommodation in a bed sitting room with separate small kitchen and bathroom. You have use of the owner's courtyard to sit out when the weather is fine. Included in price was supplies to make yourself a continental breakfast.

Off road parking.

Two minutes walk from Womack Staithe and five minutes from the pub and village shops in Ludham.

Our host Rupert was friendly and very helpful.

You can find The Stables on airbnb. It is normally a minimum of two nights but we were lucky as they had a single night available.

An added bonus is that Rupert is a member of a family that used to own a very well respected boatyard in Wroxham so plenty to talk about with him.

Don't know if they are still on airbnb but worth a look.

We used to book in advance with Travelodge at Great Yarmouth with Toby on site for Breakfast. On way back in Yarmouth you have Asda & Tesco for your fresh stuff.

Never paid more than £40 booking early.

PremierInn riverside in Yarmouth is a new build and ok.

It does make your take over day better with no hassle get there.

Beauchamp arms now doing B&B.  Also Cockeral farm about 300 yds from Reedham Ferry on the port bank. Which also means you get to use the chain ferry on your merry way

Travelodge or Premier inn...  book them early you can get them for £31 for the night... That’s what we do every year...

We've used the Trotwood in Great Yarmouth many a time, always been great.  Plenty of on-site parking, too.

There`s one in Chedgrave (Loddon) about 100 yds from Loddon staithe, though i don`t know what it`s called, anybody else know what it`s called?.
