Ah yeah you guys are going down on the Thursday aren't you, our eta at Beccles on the Friday will be very late

my eta is about 8pm, and I am camping.

yes, straight from work, car will be packed before I leave home and then a days work before I head up, a lot of my holiday this year is either booked or been used up in odd days recovering after a weekend working on Royal Tudor.

It's got another 2 weeks if it wishes then it can be nice and calm, don't want it as hot as it has been though.

We had a lot of rain today down here in East Dorset, and it`s cooled down a lot thank god. Our front and back lawns are now just sprouting green shoots again, but are still in a very poor state, though our soil is more sand than loam, so they will never be great.  It`s forecast to be very unsettled over the weekend, and YES, i`m more than happy for it, at least now i will be able to GET IN bed, rather than sleep ON it.

We are sat on the boat in Lincoln city centre with the heating on.

10 degrees outside and due to drop a bit more yet.

Looking forward to diving under the duvet tonight.

Were at 11c outside and windows shut in Leeds, I've been trying to paint outside for the last two days but one minute full sun then a 5 min rain (can't call it a shower) and the floor is dry in 30 mins. We seem to be missing it.

Might get some sleep tonight now it's cooling down, plus my office(when I working)/Den(when I'm play) has dropped from 29c to 23c and the server fan has gone quite at last.

It's nippy this morning in Norfolk! Hot beagles kept it toasty on RT last night. Glorious sunshine at 5am but contemplating putting the body warmer on now!

We retreated home to essex on Thursday after getting soaked travelling from Stalham and having to go through PH bridge. Back again on Sunday with grandchildren and guests, so hoping for at least dry weather.

Looking out of the window it is glorious sunshine here in Lincoln this morning but even that has not tempted me to get out from under the duvet yet!
