Off To 'la Belle France'...

Well, the packing is all done, one packpack for me, two cases for her. Tomorrow morning, we're due to catch the Eurostar to Paris, overnight stay, then TGV on Monday morning to Saint Raphael for TWO WHOLE WEEKS.

I can't say I'd prefer to be going for a fortnight on the Norfolk Broads, because that wouldn't be true, come next Spring, a week or so 'on the Broads' will be just perfect. But for now, it's walks around the Massif de l'Esterel, 'pan pagnats' on the beach and lots of cold beer to wash them down. A bientôt...

Love St Raphael. More restaurants than you could shake a stick at, lovely beaches, interesting hinterland. Only slightly jealous here. Enjoy!
