What a pad!

Coincidentally, I've been working on a set of c1900 photos this week which includes this photo of what I thought was probably Hill House - the size of what I presume must be a greenhouse here, or hot house as it seems to have a chimney, is astonishing!

That was  the Peach House

Most large homes of that era would have had a hot house for growing exotic fruit. No nipping down to Sainsbugs for a bag of bananas

Yep Extra lottery ticket required.  That would be some weekend retreat eh?  Just needs a wet shed for 'B.A' and it would be perfect
