smitch6 Posted July 8, 2010 Share Posted July 8, 2010 ok i'm still trying to figure this out you ring ebby they say you have to speak to a local dealer you ring them, they haven't got the time for you unless you take the unit in so they can charge you loads of money trouble is the unit is out of a mercedes but the control unit and timer aren't i have wires and plugs on this that don't match up so if anyone knows how to wire it up can they help me pls main unit D5WZ out of a mercedes yellow brown blue blue/white red Control unit no 22 1000 31 71 08/09 black black/white red yellow brown brown black/white red/white (power i think as its thicker) timer 22 1000 32 89 00 grey purple yellow brown blue/white grey/black red brown/white these are the wires i have lol if anyone can figure them out i'll be forever in your debt Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Antares_9 Posted July 8, 2010 Share Posted July 8, 2010 I will have a look Steve but it is very difficult without the unit in front of me and especially as the colours you desribe are not the standard, add to that is the fact that the unit and it's accessories expect to be chassis return instead of loop return as is used on boat ones and the water is further muddied. Can you take some photo's of the connecting plugs at all? There should be a 14 way two row connector which connects to the controller and the fly lead from that should have an eight way two row connector.
