has anybody hired this horizon from Richardson's any views on whats shes like as were looking at two boats for two family's for next year.

does the boat have a DVD player?

any shots of the inside?

I have been inside one of the San Carlos' and will put some pictures up for you later.

As I find with all the Richardsons fleet they are nice boats for the hire fee. There was evidence it was a 1970s boat in places but she had a few updates in laminates, galley, upholstery etc to keep her looking smart. I could be wrong on this but I think one of the single cabins is a touch larger than the other.

Corfu (Fri/Mon start) is a similar style but doesnt have the seperated single cabins and has had an almost totally replaced interior and is cheaper, so that's the best value Horizon on the fleet to my mind!

ahhh yes Corfu we saw her on our tour looking very nice while at my uncles yesterday i was talking to him & his wife all about Corfu but dint want to know about it due to the fact it dint have two singles in the stern if they went for Corfu the two kids would be fighting for who gets the double..

now there is a couple of horizons in there fleet i wounder why they dint make it even layout.

No idea Jonny I'm afraid. There are three in the class so it could be different within the class also but the engines are located where you say.
