Thanks for the info Grendel, it is the Horning butcher trading under a new name (it might have been doing that for years but I never noticed) Will certainly try their black pudding!!!

Louise, the previous Horning butcher retired 2 or 3 years ago. Tavern took over the shop after that. Make sure you ask for the real pigs blood stuff. They may well do a cheaper variant made with dried blood and you don't want that.

Yes i endorse what Steve o says its amazing the difference in taste and texture of real pigs blood and not dried black pudding. John
