Mooring Collision

My suggestion is he goes to Specsavers and quick about it.        He could see you from the distance that he was away from that mooring,  that you had intentions to stop there.      He should not be in charge of a canal boat if he cannot steer in a straight line and know how to bang the darn thing into reverse to slow it down.     What does he do on narrow canals when there are many other canal boats about, does he have this bully attitude with them - I doubt it very much because he would soon be put back in his cage.

We owned a narrow boat for a short time and took the magazine this clown writes for, he used to write very aggressively taking the rise out of narrow boat owners who took pride in the appearance of their  boat. His philosophy was definitely that narrow boating is a contact sport. He used to come over as a thoroughly unpleasant oaf!
