I think one of our construction guys has been channeling Peter Sellers today, not only could I not find the job number, but the job name came up blank as well,.

It seems that 8208 Minks Walk, should in fact have been 8028 Monks Walk (still thats an hour wasted looking for the right job)Sigh

As a mobile engineer we were given the customers name & address incl postcode, contact phone number, nature of problem and details of whom last attended and when. The times when the intel was out of date or just plain wrong was staggering. At times the postcode and street name matched but I was in the wrong town!

This is what happens when you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!
