except as has been pointed out, it does need to be in a recognised marina, plus i believe a short visit toll is required if yo want to use the boat while it is waiting to be sold.

Isn`t it a recognised broker? And the short visit toll only lasts 28 days I believe.

I saw today that the long moorings opposite the Bridge Inn are now open and free and power I think!
