Malcolm Withell Posted August 22, 2020 Posted August 22, 2020 Hello everyone. I'll be visiting in October, staying in a houseboat at Wayford Bridge for a couple of weeks. This will be the first time in this region for 48 years! Looking forward to it, and hoping the fishing will be good. Sent from the Norfolk Broads Network mobile app Quote

Malcolm Withell Posted September 21, 2020 Author Posted September 21, 2020 Now two weeks away! Let's hope there won't be a sudden lockdown to stop us. Looking forward to a nice relaxing time with fishing, touring the local area, going out in the dinghy, and just generally being lazy. Quote
TheQ Posted September 22, 2020 Posted September 22, 2020 Good timing, Wayford Bridge closes Nov 2nd for 24 hour road works. It will be a bit noisy then.. https://www.edp24.co.uk/motoring/road-closures-norfolk-stalham-wayford-bridge-1-6817276 Enjoy your holiday.. Quote
AndyTBoater Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Just seen this on Stalham FB page Wayford Bridge Repair This is just to confirm that Norfolk County Council Highways has reconsidered the timetable for working on the Wayford Bridge and this will now be a one-lane closure and take place after Easter next year. Exact dates to be confirmed Andy 1 1 Quote
