Cache clears when I exit , The problem is the same on both the laptop and the PC.

I have checked and you should see 3 dots in the top right corner of your post, these should have the edit function

I get it now! The edit only shows in the window if you have just made a post. Just like it used to, in fact.

as a moderator i have it on all posts all of the time, but yes it will show for the 10 minutes you have to modify your post.
