Woops. Bought My First Boat...

Okay, so not exactly a Broads Cruiser but we are now officially boat owners. Scooped up a GP14 sailing dinghy and trailer for £450!

The photo in full sail is the previous owner. I'm hoping to get her out on Chichester Harbour next weekend.

Not sure I'll ever tow it all the way from Sussex to Norfolk but you never know...

Great boat the GP14

Great dinghy to sail is the gp14 i used to race one years ago on the national racing circuit ..good times. 

I'm sure you will have hours and hours of fun sailing her.

I too have sailed a GP14 a couple of times though not in Norfolk, it's a great boat to sail and good for the broads.

If you get into racing, come up and join in our annual regatta at Horning, first week in August most years.. That will teach you about close quarter sailing!!

It’s no good, the engine has fallen off😀

The great thing about sailing it scales up. 
Master that and you end up buying a 32 ft westerly. 
I wish I’d learnt on the Broads.
