EClareOxon
Hi all, I hope you can help! I'm looking for any kind of vessel owner/user manual for the Bounty Boats of Brundell - Buccaneer! It's a late 1970s-80s boat but can't find one anywhere. Also any maintenance/operational info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks kindly for any help! WherryNice
Hello, I'm afraid such manuals don't typically exist, you might find manuals for specific pieces of equipment on board(engine/gearbox/fridge/cooker etc) but an overall one was probably never produced. It's a bit like houses, they dont have manuals either.
OldBerkshireBoy
to the forum. Apart from engine & gearbox and perhaps steering a lot of things such as heating and wiring will have altered by now.
Vaughan
It also depends which yard Bounty built the boat for. They had very few hire boats of their own but built a great deal for other hire fleets. If you are looking for advice on a particular appliance on board, such as a cooker, a heating system or perhaps the hydraulic drive, I am sure someone on the forum could help. Jouet
Hello, i am the desperate owner of a buccaneer with the bmc 1.5 engine and hydraulic drivetrain. I want to change the hydraulic oil filter/cartridge which is built inside a metal container. The previous owner apparently installed a non fitting example. anyone know the correct dimensions or mark and type. thanks hilko
Vaughan
Peachments in Brundall should know as it will be a Dowty system that they probably supplied.
