slight leak on fuel return - BMC engine

Hi all, I have a slight weep of diesel from part of the fuel return line on my BMC 1.5, this happens when I pull the engine kill switch. The leak is from the top of the fuel filter mounted on the engine. The leak off pipes come from the injectors and connect to the top of the fuel filter, then a rubber hose is fitted the opposite side to return the fuel to the tank (via copper pipes). I think there is a tiny rubber ring here that is leaking, but I have no idea how to get a replacement.

ASAP sell new filters which come with the top and bottom seals and one for the bolt that holds it together, but this all sits on the top of the filter.
