Volvo Penta Control Replacement

Hi Does anyone know if there is a direct replacement available for the controls pic attached (I think they are Volvo Penta). Mine are worn inside and need replacing, I have been told they are not that good anyway as compared to other types (like morse ) they are quite sloppy into gear etc. I know replacements are not cheap but is there something that can be relatively easily slotted on.,  not by me I add, by an engineer .

From your photo, it looks as though a twin Morse control would fit into the same place.

Looks like these were withdrawn a year or so ago, I'd go for Morse as well plus I think they look nicer.
