Broads Tolls protest continues

I have today received a reply from John Packman, along with a 12 page copy of the 'Navigation Committee's 'Allocation of National Park and Navigation Expenditure' report, which I need to read and digest.

Basically, the letter, as expected, is defending the BA's position. However, having said in my letter, that I expected it to be filed in the WPB, I have to give credit to John Packman for extending the courtesey of a personal reply.

The 'bottom line' is that the BA are going to do exactly what they said they would do, with regard to the Navigation Fund.
