Canopy Remedy

Recommended Posts

Unfortunately the canopy on "Glenmore" is not at its best shall we say! Some might even say its knackered.

However, I need to make it last a wee while at least while fiscal recovery is attempted. The main problem is that it appears to have shrunk and is difficult to set up. I can cope with that for now.

Its a canvas canopy covered on the outside by some form of plastic or vinyl. This is cracked and split and leaks. What is there I could "paint" it with? Needs to remain flexible when dry. Gary, at Coverit, always said use dope on vinyl canopy seams but I don't fancy this stuff for an all over coating.

Over to the experts plaes!

Blimey! Sounds a rather novel approach not to mention expensive, and illegal! :naughty:

Cheaper to buy a new canopy, maybe that was their plan!!? :naughty:
